- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on the square footage of the home, the type of cleaning requested, and the time and resources required to complete the job. Larger spaces and more detailed cleanings (such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services) typically require additional time and resources which are reflected in the total cost. This approach ensures each client receives a fair, customized rate based on the unique needs of their home. We do required a 25% to secure your appointment. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a conversation with them to uncover their expectations, special requests, and the overall plan of attack if you will. We also like to ask the customer what they need from us so they can kick their feet up and relax. A customer should be able to relax and leave the hard work to us 😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning friends/relatives houses for years. I also have a fiancée and 15 year old son. Let’s be honest living with two men and keeping the house clean is a full time job in itself!
