With a new job and being gone a lot, I just did not have the time to work on my yard. I am also recovering from cancer treatments for the past year, so I did not have the energy to work in my yard either. By signing up with LawnStarter Lawn Care, they come to my house and keep my yard so nicely done that I can relax when I get home instead of stressing about how I can work on my lawn. We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
