Fantastic experience with BLVD. We went though million quotes and ended up choosing blvd for many reasons but most of all their flexibility and kindness. They were not pushy and not salesy like a lot of other companies. Pricing was not the lowest and not the highest. I wish they took credit card that would make it easier but good pick up movers and delivery movers. Very happy.

The sales call (Richard) was fantastic. All roses & sunshine. Great price. Promises of everything needed right on time. Told me offices in NC & TX. I booked (1/3 deposit) over a month before anticipated move. About 2 weeks before the move I emailed additional info. No reply. No contact. A week before move I called to confirm. No answer at sales. So I called manager on contract. No answer. Emailed. No contact. Called again 2 days later. Sales - no answer - voicemail. No contact. Three days prior to move email. No answer. Called sales - voicemail. No answer. Called manager - voicemail. No answer. No contact. Day before move, Manager (Brian) called. I said WOW! I was concerned. He said couldn’t imagine why. Then proceeded to tell me about stairs 12 steps is a flight. (Most homes are 16 steps/floor) extra charge over 12. Distance to truck > 75 ft extra charge. At delivery if truck won’t fit, rent box truck to deliver, extra charge. Travel times & roads & tolls could cause extra charge. ALL costs from here on out are CASH, cashier check or Zelle only. I could envision paying hostage for my furniture in Texas on arrival. I canceled & am currently trying to get my 1/3 cost deposit back from Chase.

Dana, Upon booking your move, we sent a welcome email outlining that your move would be managed by our Quality Assurance (QA) department. That email also provided both a contact phone number and email address for any questions or concerns before and after your move. Additionally, our customer service team is always available to assist at any stage of the process. The Order for Service (OFS) includes all applicable charges and Bryan’s intent was simply to explain these potential charges so there were no surprises at the time of pick-up. We understand you chose to cancel your move prior to pick-up. We’re sorry we couldn’t assist you further and wish you the very best of luck moving forward.

This was my wife's 900 dollar nite stand that they packed a very expensive and heavy chandelier on top off it. And you should see the walls and trim molding in our house. Terrible
