Chef Charlie was easy to work with and provided us with an amazing meal. I hired her to cook dinner for 4 adults while on vacation. The food was excellent and she easily navigated our request for the meal to be gluten free. She was prompt and professional. My friends and I had such an amazing time I failed to take any pics of the food but we had Cajun meatballs, arugula and fig salad with champagne vinaigrette, etouffe and lemon mousse with berries. The lemon mousse was probably the most surprising dish - it had the perfect texture and was beyond delicious. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Chef Charlie was amazing! She was kind, talented and hard working. Two different occasions she exceeded our expectations and tailored our menus to our guests preferences. She also accommodated my 3 kids. We will absolutely have her back for our next event!
