We were so pleased with CS Summit! Crosby was attentive and knowledgeable. We had him clean out honeysuckle and grade the backyard to make space, then the crew laid sod. We were pleased with the reasonable price and high quality work. So we decided to have him install a paver patio. He was great at communicating and delivering. We love the patio, and would highly recommend them!

Working with CS Summit was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team is truly the bestknowledgeable, efficient, and results-driven. I had full confidence in their ability to handle a very complex project, and they delivered beyond expectations.They removed a deteriorating wooden deck and replaced it with beautifully poured and finished exposed red stone aggregate concrete, transforming our backyard into an open and expansive patio space. Their craftsmanship integrating the new patio with our existing gazebo was remarkableconstructing new railings, stairs, and benches that blend seamlessly with the setting. They also added precision woodwork, including new steps by the doors.The project wrapped with careful grading and fresh sod in the surrounding landscape. Not a single plant was harmedimpressive given the complexity of the work, concrete equipment deployed, and tight spaces.As a homeowner I am thrilled. I hate to give 5 star ratings as they are usually questionable, but I can't say enough good things. Crosley got back to me immediately and showed up for a quote when he said he would and followed up! He actually made 2 trips as I changed what I needed done. He was very upfront about what was needed and what would be a waste of money and instructions on the care of the sod through the summer. He was very timely in getting the work done and timed it so that our new sod would get rain to help with the watering. His crew of workers worked efficiently and did excellent work. I am thrilled with our new lawn!
