Ralph and Theresa Wilson started Wilson Plumbing & Heating in 1958 to provide quality service for Akron's residential and commercial plumbing and heating systems. From a one-man service operation, Wilson Plumbing & Heating has grown to a multi-division company under the guiding hand of Ralph and Theresa's son, Paul Wilson. Now, 60 years later, we have the third generation of Wilsons involved with Paul's son, John Wilson. Our growth has not changed our business philosophy. As it was nearly 60 years ago, we still provide prompt, quality service at a reasonable price.

Very responsive, on time, finished job in a timely manner. He was very courteous and polite. I posted the job on Monday came out to quote it that day and came back the next per my request to do the job and completed in the time he said it would take. I plan to use him in future home projects.

Nathan provided a quote and stuck to it. he arrived within a timely fashion and was ready to do the work. He really helped us out, because our water heater started leaking. I had shut the water off and Nathan did the rest quickly and efficiently. I would definitely refer him to any others that need a Master Plumber. Thank you Nathan....

Nathan replaced 3 toilets for us. He arrive 5 minutes early, was very polite and worked quickly to get the job done. We had two people look at the job prior to hiring Nathan and one was unable to figure out the installation (hidden bolts) and the other wanted to charge 3x what we felt was even remotely reasonable. We're very happy with the service provided and will absolutely hire him again in the future.

Plumbing/HVAC education and training. We have technical training atleast once a week to freshen up on their skills and learn the latest technical advances.
