- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to figure out what the customer expects/wants/needs done and then decide on a date. When we come out, we do a pre-clean walk through to ensure we are on the same page as the customer. After the clean is complete, we do another walk through to ensure the job was done to the satisfaction of the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing residential cleanings in childhood. My father owned a construction company and I would often complete the post-construction cleans at the properties he worked on. I continued on by cleaning friends and family homes to help ease their stress day-to-day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
