We had a very good experience with this company. I have to add a disclaimer that we did not use them for refinishing our floors because my husband decided after getting the quote for refinishing that we would change out the wood and replace it will porcelain tile instead. I wanted to add this review because we did have the representative from this company come out, measure and quote the job. Although we did not have him do the job, he was professional, knew what he was talking about and took his time to provide us with the information that we needed. I wish I had wood floors to be able to hire them!

It took only 2 weeks from the time I first spoke to Ricky until my floors (on both the 1st and second story) were finished! They are magnificent and what a pleasure it was to work with him! Ricky was easily reachable by text or phone all through the project and he showed up everyday on time until the project was finished. Our project ended up needing a little more work than it appeared in the beginning but Ricky solved things along the way and he still honored the original estimate. I feel awfully lucky to have found him and my hat is off to him for running his own business and taking pride in making things right!

Ricky really made our floors look great! They were very rough before, and he worked hard to bring them back to life. He even came back the morning after completing the job for some final touches. He'll be my first call if I need wood floors done again.
