He responded to my request and set up a time to look at my lawn to give a proper estimate. He came on time and we walked through my yard and we agreed on the time and price of the work. On the scheduled day, I had to reach out and he said he forgot and that I should go with another company. Overall, if he wasn't able or going to be available to the job, I should have been informed earlier.
