- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is incredibly fair. We never over ball our prices and usually the invoices will go over that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I would show up to the property they want serviced, and talk through everything they want done. Then later on I would send an invoice and if they accept. My team will get onto it immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done landscaping for multiple years as a summer job, and my partner has experienced up to 10+ years.
