After researching several chefs I decided to book Chef Jeff for a small birthday dinner for two. Immediately upon booking he was very prompt with communication and was able to make the perfect menu based off of my budget and requirements (I'm a picky eater). I was so excited I could hardly wait for the dinner after receiving his menu. The day of the dinner Jeff arrived prepared with everything you could imagine such as his own dinnerware and placemats and he even printed out menus as a nice keepsake for us. The dinner was perfect from start to finish. Not only was the food AMAZING but his service was exceptional. He was very tidy and checked on us often while clearing dishes between courses. Additionally, we really appreciated his attentiveness to our dog and cat who were also treated to tiny samples of his delicious food. Our cat usually doesn't appreciate visitors but after Jeff started cooking we found him sitting at the dining room table (very suspicious timing). Since our dinner we talk about Jeff at least once a week in conversation, "I miss Jeff", "Remember that time we had the best food of our lives", "Cheesecake Factory is going to have to step up their game", etc. It was that good! Jeff is courteous, personable, and very talented with loads of experience. I loved hearing where his career has taken him and how he has cooked all over the world. We can't thank him enough for the memories and amazing experience he gave us! We look forward to booking him again in the future.
