Johnny from trimester Pest Control responded to my needs with to help with these bees In My Bushes and on my shutters. He was very thorough and explaining the process and he protected himself. He also gave me reassurance that if I see more as I cut my bushes down he would come back to treat it again. I really appreciated him. The timeliness and customer service was seamless

I was so relieved to hear back from Johnny @ Tri Master Pest Control within a short time of placing my request. He and Jonathan came through to help with my problem that required same day service when some others would not even bother to respond to me. The way a little black bird was thrashing around behind my dryer it would not have lasted another day. Jonathan arrived timely during the time frame I was given and he was very professional and courteous. He even went the extra mile by going out to purchase a cover for my outside dryer vent so this type of incident is not likely to happen again. I don't feel like I was price gouged either for it being a last minute desperate same day appointment. If I have any other pest control issues I would definitely call this company again. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

I am so grateful to have found Tri Master Pest Control. Johnny responded within the hour, set my appointment, stayed in contact with arrival time and arrived promptly. Johnny surveyed inside and out, explained everything and came up with a complete plan for the problem; he was even able to start that same day and the price was more than fair. Johnny is so professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable, he made me feel comfortable that the issue would be resolved. Johnny worked with my schedule, caught the squirrel immediately, filled the entrance and sanitized the area. Johnny and his company are not the type of company that moves in or draws the job out although he teaches you so much you really don’t mind him being there; he’s in and out while at the same time getting to know his customer. I would highly recommend and encourage you to give him a shot, Johnny and Tri Master Pest Control are the only pest control company I will ever call and so will you. Thank you so very much Johnny for helping me feel comfortable in my home. A++ Service Lucille
