- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain jobs like installs, assembly and certain home repairs I have a rate since they are very easy for me to do, but my hourly rate is 75/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and asking specific questions in regards of the job so it’s done safely, with no room for error and as immaculate as possible for the customer. Communication is key for anything and it ensures that I’m doing exactly what the customer wants and maybe go beyond the expectations of the result the customer expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of construction experience, 2 years of construction management experience and 6 years or handyman, installation and assembly.
