Holly was communicative and friendly both times she visited, as well as through all our text interactions. She was accommodating and willing to rework plans when something came up. She did a great job cleaning up my basement after its renovation for a reasonable price and brought her own equipment to cover the gaps of what I didn’t have available! Definitely recommend her for a job well done!

Great experience. Would highly recommend and will hire again. Update: When Holly and her partner deep cleaned for us back in March, My wife and I were so pleased with the results—it was thorough, and the house felt so fresh. Our cleaning on 9/12 didn’t feel quite the same quality. Holly came alone, and I noticed the microwave, windowsills, and ceiling fan in the master weren’t cleaned, the shower wasn’t fully done, and the stairs didn’t seem to be completely vacuumed. Our Swiffer and some of our household products were used instead of the mop and bucket that was brought last time. We really appreciated the standard that she set before. I reached out to Holly to give this feedback and she expressed that she would be willing to come back and fix anything I’d like, but it has now been 5 days with no follow-up. Unfortunately, the inconsistency in quality and lack of follow-through have made me reconsider continuing services.

Holly and Grace did amazing work, I was a little embarrassed to have them come into my very messy very unorganized house but I certainly needed the help! And help they did, can’t put a price on peace of mind and they took a huge burden off my shoulders. Extremely thankful! The house is organized and clean, I’ll see be using their services regularly.
