I have waited to place this review. They did remove my shower and put a new one in, exercise creativity, and I liked who was here doing the work- but this bathroom was a total hack job that I had to pay double to fix. This took weeks to do and now I’m going to be paying for the re-replacement for years. Real bad woodwork, real bad silicone, no accountability when I raised there was a problem and no resolution that I asked for. They put a screw in my wood laminate next to the shower. (Not great) King is based out of Ohio and doesn’t have a license to contract here in Indiana that I could find- pursuing a civil case would be tough and I think that’s by design. I also found a yelp review from someone in Florida that he had done a bad bathroom remodel for. Do not hire these folks unless King can be on site and you are nearby. I like to think that would have made a difference. This is what an $8500ish bathroom remodel looks like. I asked if I could get a partial refund and received no response. I saw other work he did and it looked so much better- maybe I’m an outlier- but this was a bad time.
