GYMGUYS has been a wonderful asset to my health journey. From day 1 when I met with Mark for my consultation I knew this would be exactly what I needed. Mark is very attentive and had clear and concise communication. Kevin and I began our sessions in July. Kevin has been an incredible partner during my fitness journey. From our first session, he took the time to understand my goals, strengths and even my limitations, designing workouts that are both challenging and achievable. Kevin and GYMGUYS as a whole, with their encouragement and belief in my progress has kept me motivated even on those tough days. I have gained physical strength, confidence and a much better knowledge of what I am actually capable of accomplishing. Kevin always makes our sessions feel like Im working out with a friend. I could not ask for a more supportive or knowledgeable trainer. As we come to the end of our training and my upcoming move out of state, I will take everything I have learned from Kevin and utilize it as I continue my journey to a healthier more confident me. GYMGUYZ comes right to you. We bring the equipment, motivation, nationally certified trainers who are background checked and a personalized program for you. We also do group and corporate fitness.
