I have used a properties for many years with various projects, primarily electrical services to small handyman repairs. They are very responsive and show up every time I’ve scheduled a service. That is not always the case with many contractors. The price is very fair and I am always pleased with the quality of work that is done. I definitely recommend them!!

I recently hired Sinay Services for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable.
They explained the work that needed to be done and provided a fair, transparent estimate, no surprises later on. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was up to code.
The quality of their work is outstanding everything functions properly, and I feel confident knowing it was done right the first time. It’s rare to find a local person that shows up and does what they say they are going to do. I unfortunately went through many people paying for an “estimate” and never received follow up!
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy electrician. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!
