Can’t recommend this company. Did what I thought was a good job on my floors, but then I noticed they missed a spot in my upstairs hallway. I asked him to come back and look at it, he did, acknowledged the issue and said he would be back to fix it. That was five weeks ago. He has since ignored two text messages and two voicemails. Clearly he is dodging me and will probably do the same to you if there’s ever a problem.

The estimator, owner showed up exactly as promised. He looked at my floors and in great detail he explained the process and what can be expected as the end result. He was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. He under promised and over delivered. My floors were refinished exceptionally well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
