The repair professional got right to work upon arrival at the job site. He was polite and showed a concern for neatness upon entry to the house. He confirmed the reported problem immediately and got right to work. Tools and parts were all in place and the job was completed much faster than anticipated. He took time to demo the repair. Although not a native English-speaker, he communicated about the job process much better than I could have if roles were reversed. Great work ethic. We are pleased with our repair.
