Chris provided a thorough, professional review of my 3-car garage before providing me with a quote. He shared the process, key elements required to ensure a quality outcome, and what was required from me to be ready on the day the coating would be applied. He then shared a detailed, competitive quote. I scheduled the work about a month out (my choice) and he stayed in communication during that period of time, answered a couple of additional questions I had, and ensured we were aligned on the color, date, and time. On the day of the work, he showed up with a courteous and professional crew that executed the work with a high level of attention to detail and quality. Having been through this process a couple of times in other homes, I would highly recommend Tri State Surfacing for all of your surfacing needs, and I'm thrilled with my experience, the quality of the whole interaction, and the outcome. It was the best polyaspartic coating experience I have had. I will absolutely use them for any future needs.
