- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straight talk, no surprises. You’ll get upfront pricing before we touch a tool—no hidden fees, ever. We also run seasonal specials and offer our Healthy Home Membership: waived dispatch fees, member-only discounts, extended warranties, and annual maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drains. One membership, your whole home covered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy booking (phone or online) → on-time arrival by a licensed pro → thorough in-person inspection → clear options with upfront pricing → you approve, we get to work. We don’t do “online consultations” because seeing your system in person means better answers and the right fix the first time. You’ll know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and what it costs—start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our licensed techs complete 100+ hours of advanced training every year across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. That keeps us sharp on new tech, code changes, safety, and best practices—so your home gets expert care, not guesswork.
