Leo came to check out an old chimney that hasn’t been used in 40+ years. He was thorough, polite, and has a really great sense of humor! He climbed the roof in crappy wet weather, took pictures, explained his findings, and gave us a step by step breakdown of what was needed to restore the chimney to a safe working condition. He fully cleaned out the dryer filter, the duct, and the vent all the way up to my roof. This was a bigger job and although it cost more, I’m covered for 2-3 years. Completely worth it.
