How did you get started doing this type of work?
After high school I didn't have many job prospects. Touring a technical trade school I was introduced to computer repair and haven't looked back since. It truly is my passion.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The main issue I've seen from customers are virus removals and general pc cleanings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When in the market for a computer technician they should at least have obtained CompTIA's A+ Certification. This is a vendor neutral certification measuring ones aptitude in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
