We {my Mom & I} really needed to get our house cleaned up BEFORE we had a visitor coming over for the very first time!! Stephanie was great to work with & she's very excellent @ her job!! Including the fact that she actually wheeled our blue dumpster out to the road for us bc we're both disabled & it was extremely heavy, so we really appreciated that & we told her that as well & she said, "Not a problem!!" We asked her if she wanted to come back & start cleaning our house every month or so, and she said, "Of course I'd love to!!" So it looks like we found a new house cleaner through 'THUMBTACK'!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR SENDING STEPHANIE TO US, THUMBTACK!! 😃😃😃 I ALSO WANTED TO THANK OUR LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, BECAUSE "ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH CHRIST, OUR LORD!!" only 40 minutes later they texted me and said they had cleaned the house. I checked home but still there are pet hairs.

Sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied, usually when we do a 1bed 1bath it takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour since there is two cleaners and it’s small, I was told they told you that you would need multiple cleanings to get all the pet hair and dog smell out, they tried to get it all off even mopped three times and vacuumed each room multiple times but it was really bad with pet hair and pet smells, if you would like to reschedule another cleaning we would be happy to go out and do the second cleaning like it was suggested. Job was not completed. All windows were half cleaned, did not dust/clean inside of cabinets. Only cleaned the outside of the kitchen cabinets. Told me she didn't notice there were windows in the garage until she was leaving, but..... she left anyways leaving the stickers and all still on them. Not one baseboard was cleaned. Left some stickers on the shower in the guest bath. The toilets were cleaned but not well. Windows seals were left filthy, it also looked as if they used my sink for mop water, which is fine except they didn't clean the sink. About the only thing they did was vacuum and mop, which is what most people don't mind doing. We hire a cleaning company to do the things that we don't want to do. Well this company was a complete waste of money. Tired to contact them after and she told me she would call me back and of course I never heard back.
