They were responsive and able to accommodate my schedule/needs. The problem was that my floors were still really dirty. We hired them to do a move in clean before we got to the house and started putting our things inside, so the house was empty (and not really dirty to begin with) and I was expecting to have clean floors. Instead we had dirty floors that turned all the bottoms of our feet black. I also sent a message to the person I was working with and have not gotten any response back.
