So impressed with Roy and this company. I called Roy, I told him about my problem, sent him some photos over the phone and the model # of my appliance, he promptly diagnosed it within minutes without having to do an initial visit. This I very much appreciated! Roy Took all of my information over the phone, instantly sent me a part price, Labor price, and a bid, I approved it and boom!! he ordered the part and was out in less than a week to repair it! Ramseys,, his technician, was helpful and efficient, and then I paid the bill easily with my credit card while he was here. The whole process ran like a machine. I will definitely be calling these guys again, every time!!!!

I had an excellent experience with CORtech. They were able to provide a preliminary diagnosis before coming out which expedited the visit. They were able to fix my washing machine timely, were professional and gave me maintenance tips while on site. Highly recommend.

I just had CORTech Services diagnose my broken ice maker, get the part quickly, and replace it all in less than a week. They were easy to work with, responsive, provided a one hour window to be at home for the tech, and each time, Armando arrived during that time with a 20 min. heads-up text. Armando was professional and and got the job done. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor and will use their services again in the future.
