Cesar provided a very competitive estimate and obviously understood the plan to completely renovate our front yard. He was punctual about arriving on the project each day. He was very easy to work with and gave good suggestions along the way.. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled landscape builder. As a side note, he is a very nice guy!

We recently hired Kay Construction to restore and refinish our front and side decks, as well as repaint the chimney trim and siding. I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Cesar went above and beyond. He carefully reset fasteners, performed a thorough sanding, and applied Varathane Dark Walnut stain that brought out the natural grain and richness of the wood. The finish is smooth, consistent, and makes both decks look fantastic. On the chimney side, he nailed the color match to our house siding and trim, a detail that shows how much pride he takes in doing things right. He was on time, respectful, and extremely detail-oriented. Cesar protected the surrounding areas, cleaned up completely, and communicated clearly throughout the job. He’s the kind of contractor you want to work with: honest, skilled, reliable, and friendly. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship without shortcuts, Kay Construction is the real deal. Kay construction does excellent work. After my initial consult, he gave me a very detailed breakdown of the items that’ll be needed for the project and the cost. He was punctual and very professional and went above and beyond. My yard looks so beautiful…it’s amazing the work he did. We love it. My kids and husband love it so much and am grateful.
