Communication! Honesty! Professional! I could go on about how Lowell went out of his way to explain the system and take what I wanted, and explain to me how he could make that happen. He gave a good, market based quote (also detailed). Lowell made the process easy, arrived on time and has a great work ethic. The exterior system is clean-lined and not just thrown together.
