- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to understand the scope of the project, take measurements, discuss design elements, and schedule. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively, if not right then and there in the home.

25+ years in construction, NWFA-certified (National Wood Flooring Association), NTCA-certified (National Tile Contractors Association)
