FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small company with little overhead. We try to provide affordable quality work. Usually we are on the low end of bids due to this. This is also why we have been in business for 30 years. We believe you treat every customer fair and they will be lifelong customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as clear of a picture as possible of what you are trying to do and then make sure it is possible by code and let you know cost and what it will take to accomplish. Often I explain to customers the project in a lot of detail if they are interested in that. When the project is complete, I usually review what we did with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WOW , I worked at Platt electric for 5 years learning materials and helping customers, Then got into the apprenticeship where I worked with residential and commercial electricians. As soon as I got my card I started a company and have done huge apartment complexes and stores to small service call jobs. Pretty much covering everything commercial and resi. Now I focus on the residential service call, I enjoy helping people with their problems and their goals
