- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are flexible with pricing and happy to discuss details on-site. If possible, we always try to offer a fair solution that works for both sides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by talking over the phone or through text. You send us photos of the work needed, and we send a specialist to do an on-site estimate and plan the job with you. There is a $60 service call fee only if you decide not to move forward with the service — it helps cover our time and operational costs. If you go ahead with the job, the fee is fully credited toward the final price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our specialists have many years of hands-on experience — some have been doing this their whole lives. We know how to handle each job safely, efficiently, and professionally.
