I completed the carpet cleaning exactly as agreed, which included two rooms fully and treatment of two additional large spots in other rooms you pointed out, using professional pet stain remover, a concentrated cleaning solution with a professional extractor, and a professional deodorizer throughout the treated areas. As a complimentary bonus, I also applied deodorizer to the surrounding rooms to ensure a fresh and clean result throughout. At the end of the service, you expressed satisfaction with the cleaning results and the removal of the treated stains. The work was performed according to professional standards. Pet urine can sometimes penetrate deeply into carpet padding or subflooring, and in such cases, complete odor removal may require replacement of the padding or floor, which is beyond the scope of standard professional cleaning. The agreed price of $289 reflected the full scope of work performed, including the treatment of all areas mentioned above.
