- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5% Veteran Discount If billed hourly the shop rate is 175/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a quote for the completion of the work, which usually requires meeting and seeing the job. I prefer to do hourly rates for smaller future projects so that during the first job no-one is watching the clock, and maybe even we can have some nice conversation mixed in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all required state licenses for an Electrical business listed on my profile, 16 years as a licensed electrician, and a Master/Supervising Electrical License
