Mandy was very communicative throughout the whole process - from booking to a post cleaning follow up. I knew exactly what to expect and the terms of the cleaning. The cleaner was on time and friendly. She also did an incredible job with cleaning our very dirty oven. There was an issue which I brought up to Mandy post cleaning and she addressed it immediately. Things are not always going to be perfect, but I appreciated that she listened to me and immediately fixed the issue.

I hired Crisp Cleaning for a deep clean and ended up signing on for their Bi-weekly cleans. I have two cats and the cleaner was very friendly with them and I'm super satisfied with how little hair remained (you can never get it all out, lol) Always on time, never cancelled, and they always touch base before they leave to make sure I’m happy with the clean.
