Abbe was super punctual and professional during the shoot and always answered my messages quickly. I am super awkward when getting my photo taken, and she was great at giving directives to make me feel and look more comfortable. She was also goofy and expressive when taking photos which helped in getting me to genuinely smile and have a more candid/natural feel. I really enjoyed our photo session and am excited to book Abbe in the future.

Photos were great, but had an issue with receiving the 2 photos I purchased and poor customer service. We did not receive the first batch, so naturally, Abbe sent the photos again. After finally receiving the second batch of photos close to a month later, they were sized 7x10, which do not fit in a typical frame, instead of the promised 8x10. I contacted Abbe to let her know they were not to size and requested them to be sent again as 8x10s. She stated that she would have to charge me since she had already reshipped the photos and she purposely sent us 7x10s. If you promise your customers 8x10 photos but send a 7x10s instead, then force your customers to buy them, that is not the best look. Left a salty taste in my mouth. I ended up taking care of it myself at my local CVS, much cheaper and faster. Unfortunate the way it worked out after a good initial interaction.

Brandon, I'm sorry you feel that way, but that's not what happened fully. The package you got came with two 8x10 prints which I sent you and you said you didn't receive so I then sent them again and told you that I cropped them so you guys would pop more from the background. You then emailed me asking for two 11x14s since you didn't like the size of the second batch you got. I said that wasn't part of the package BUT I'd be happy to send the 8x10s out for a 3rd and final time to your liking and I asked what you'd like to do and I never heard back until this review. I never said I would charge you for anything. I said I wouldn't send you 11x14 size prints because they did not come with package. Again, I never heard back from you after that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive. There are no hidden fees or session fees. We offer three different packages for each client to choose from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is a phone conversation first and then we decide together whether to meet in person before the shoot. I help with everything from picking the best location to help with styling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in Psychology and a 2 year degree from Anotnelli Institute of Photography.
