- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my jobs at a flat rate by how long it takes me to install each set or furniture it`s not by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get your name that's very important, I then ask the swing set they bought and where just to double check on what I'm quoting. Answer any questions you might have and about the location in the yard levelness and how far I can get to job site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Lilliput play homes for 14 years been doing this on my own for 25 year. I have installed all sets from all companies and alot of the times I dont even need the directions.
