FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a non-refundable fee based on what type of travel you are looking for. Hotel and Flight (whether packaged or non-packaged) - $50 Theme Parks (Disney, Universal, Seaworld etc.) - $75 Land Tours (Train, Guided Tours, Independent Tours etc.) - $85 River and Ocean Cruises - $95 All Inclusive Stays - $125 All Fees must be paid before starting the consultation process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I introduce myself and let them know of my non-refundable fee. If they do not agree to pay the fee, I do not move forward. If they do, I will then ask them some questions to gather more details about their trips and what their preferences are. I will then send them a basic quote to start off the process. If any changes are made, I will send them 1 or 2 more quotes. If after the final quote nothing has been decided, I politely let the client know that quotes are subject to change and that I will close the file until they’re ready to move forward. At that point, a new fee would apply to reopen or restart the planning process. This process helps ensure that my time and resources are invested in serious inquiries while still giving clients flexibility to make informed decisions.
