I used this company to fix my oven a few months ago and he came and resolved the issue promptly in the first visit. After a few months I had the same problem again and he came and repaired it again only charging me the parts. I appreciated the responsiveness and him coming back again to resolve the issue.

EAM worked very hard for over 2 hours trying to repair my microwave but decided it needed to be replaced. When he returned a few weeks later to install my new one, he did so at no charge. Very nice and polite gentleman.
