Konstantin did an amazing quality job at an amazing price within our tight timeframe. we had a very tight budget and timeline before tenants moved into our rental unit. He repaired and repainted popcorn ceilings and walls, leveled floor, replaced kitchen and entryway flooring, fixed damaged windowsill. Fixed a sticky entry door and replaced locks. If this is the budget quality of work, I'll definitely hire him again for my home to do a proper renovation. He knows how to stay within budget and offers a budget and premium options. Thank you.
