Hired on Thumbtack
Sent more than 4 messages and he said he would pick my item up and never showed or called.. He kept saying I'll be there tomorrow, He finally contacted me and said, he is having employee problems (just like everyone else) and promised me to be at my house the next day, and he was. Very nice guy and apologized for not responding in a timely matter. If i need something picked up in the future, I would give him another chance.
