Brad is courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and gives ideas when you are out of ideas! Can't be happier with everything from start to finish. Very easy to work with and a pleasure. Have 2 more bathrooms will definitely be calling on Brad to complete those projects.

I am very happy with the work that OTTO'S PLUMBING did to resolve my burst pipe issue. They also switched out my old toilet for a better one. The job took about the amount of time as estimated, they cleaned up the work area and brought the old toilet and discarded materials to the curb for pickup.
