- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We estimate every job individually because there are no two remodeling projects that are the same. We will work with you to give you a design and make sure the vision you have is understood. Then we will send you an estimate for the entire project. You don’t owe us anything until you put the deposit down to lock-in your project so we can start ordering materials and scheduling your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Joel the owner, have a bachelors degree in Business Management from Lancaster Bible College, but that is not my most relevant education. I was homeschooled and grew up serving in my church and hearing the gospel where I learned how to love others, and seek the good of my neighbor. I genuinely care about every individual potential client. Even if we don’t end up working together, I hope I can be helpful to you on your remodeling journey.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up working in residential remodeling and really enjoyed the results we produced. I later fell in love with the customer side and management role of the process. The look on people’s faces when they see their remodeled space never gets old.
