Tom responded immediately to me and was at my house the next day. Came back and installed a sump pump and an outlet within a few days. Explained what he was going to do which I appreciated. He is reliable, punctual and knowledgeable. Will defenetiately call him for any electrical issues.

Most of my jobs are small so I charge a hourly rate. Bigger jobs I have to evaluate by seeing their homes, AT $55/HR.
