OnDot Appliances were called in since my fridge/freezer were not cooling properly. Shortly after I requested service in the app, OnDot reached out really quickly and had techs coming out the next day. The OnDot techs and owner were respectful of my home, explained what they were doing and seeing while inspecting, and provided valuable advice. In the end, it was just a service call since the cost of repairing was more than the worth of the fridge but I felt inclined to write a positive review for this company due to their integrity, responsiveness, and communication.
