Great service. I had a different cleaner scheduled and they canceled 30 minutes before the appt.🤬 I got on Thumbtack and contacted Janz Carpet Cleaning and they came out the next day!!! Phil provided GREAT customer service and the carpet looks AWESOME! I’ll be using them again for the next cleaning. My neighbor wants to use them too!

Upon inspection, he provided a sincere opinion, noting that since our carpet was less than a year old and had a protective coating, a full cleaning might compromise it. He recommended that vacuuming would suffice at this stage. I truly appreciate the transparency and genuine advice—something rarely seen in service providers today.
