Sergey was very responsive to my texts all throughout the process. He had someone come over the same day to help with my plumbing issue. Igor the handyman worked late to get the job done. We discovered there was another issue to take care of so the handyman made plans to return first thing the next morning to fix that as well. Igor has limited English vocabulary so he used his phone to translate. I was ok with this, but other people may find communicating this way to be difficult. But Igor is a hard working gentleman and he kept persevering until the job was complete and I had my cold water restored. The photo I included is of the pex lines they brought up from the basement to replace the old water supply lines. I would use Sergey’s Agap LLC services again in the future.
