Alex made an amazing first impression and completely exceeded expectations. I had tenants moving in within 4 hours and had a garbage disposal break and leak on me. He was so prompt and got the job done quickly. I ended up adding extra tasks because I was so impressed with his work. He ended up replacing my garbage disposal, caulking two bathrooms, and even spackled and repainted a ceiling. Everything was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. Nothing felt rushed, and he clearly takes pride in doing the job right. His pricing was reasonable and fair. He’ll definitely be my go-to for any odd jobs from now on.
