Quick fir arrived on time , the Jod was to remove two vinyl old windows and install new ones.. The Jod was a challenge because my home is over 100 years plus , you never know what in a can with a worn off label till you open the can… Rick took the time to get the Job 100 completed instead of leaving it undone for another day. if you can not finish it don’t start it Quick fix Rick we’ll be hired for another Jod in fact may have found my new zHandy Person

We originally had Rick's or Quickfix Handyman (same cell number) Svcs install smoke detectors. That went well. However, based on the first successful project we requested the build/installation of a back patio ramp for elderly/disabled family members. Review the photo closely and be advised that I was at work when the project was completed!!!) The technician (R.M.) used 3/8” plywood (every time we walked on it – it bounced/bowed from the weight), didn’t use anything to secure the ramp itself to the concrete slab, threw a coat or two of shellac on the plywood, didn’t clean up after the project was completed, unceremoniously tossed the left over materials behind our shed. To add insult to injury, R.M./Quikfix “ghosted me” when I subsequently contacted him about making modifications to the disaster of a project I was surprised by. Priceless.

Quickfix handyman services llc's reply
I'm sorry you feel this way Mrs. Renningersome of the facts you posted are true but we're done from another point of view. 1. yes I placed the left over material behind your shed yes. I found it to ne the most inconspicuous spot considering I had noone to ask. Secondly no I did not anchor the ramp to the concrete slab I anchored it to the house under the ramp. as far as clean up goes I cut some wood back there. there is going to be saw dust. I used my leaf. blower out there for 15 mins. and also did the rest of your tard as a courtesy. check your cameras it's all on camera. as far as the 3/8s plywood? it's sufficient for a ramp of that size as long as it's triple supported. I'm not 100% sure but I think yours is or if it isn't it has quadruple support. I will stand behind my work even after your review. again I'm sorry if you feel you had a bad experience and if there is anything I can do to make it right contact the office live at 267-278-7018. thank you enjoy the rest of your week.
