We had set up a date for cleaning, but something unexpected came up and I was unable to have it done. I contacted Irene and explained, and she was VERY kind and understanding. We moved it to a few weeks ahead, so we have not worked together yet, but I look forward to it! ***UPDATE*** Irene and her crew came yesterday and did an amazing job! I had only asked for a few specific things to be done. Specifically, the walls and ceiling in my bathroom were just awful. The previous tenant in this apartment was a very heavy smoker, and they smoked in the bathroom (I guess because of the vent fan) but after living here for a few months, I noticed the tar/nicotine was dripping down the walls! It looked like the bathroom was bleeding. Due to arthritis I am not able to keep my arms up long enough to try to scrub this. Irene and her crew came in and got to work, not only doing the things I had asked, but above and beyond! They deep cleaned my whole apartment: scrubbed the inside of the fridge, dusted everything, even remade my bed! And they tied the cutest little bows at the top of my tissue boxes and paper towels/toilet paper rolls. Just a little thing, but it was so sweet. I was very happy, and will definitely use Irene's service again.
