- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Austin Seeley Interiors typically works on projects with a starting investment of $25,000 and up, depending on the size and scope. We offer clear, transparent pricing tailored to your needs, whether it’s a single-room refresh or a full-home renovation. Our design fees are quoted per project and may include hourly consultations, flat-rate packages, or full-service design management. Every proposal is customized to reflect the unique goals, timeline, and level of support required for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary 15–20 minute discovery call to learn more about your project goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we schedule an in-home or virtual consultation to assess your space and recommend a path forward. Once aligned, we move through a structured and collaborative process: design development, sourcing, project management, and final styling, designed to bring your vision to life with clarity and ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a certificate in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute and bring years of hands-on experience designing residential interiors across the Philadelphia region and beyond. My background in graphic design further enhances my ability to visualize, plan, and present cohesive spaces with precision and creativity. Ongoing education in sustainability and materials sourcing also informs the studio’s work.
